Baby Tarpon: Florida Backwaters In October

Hi can anyone tell me if it´s possible to catch stationary backwater tarpon in florida in october?
I read somewere that baby tarpon could be fund all year in the backcountry.

As the water starts to cool off the Tarpon start to migrate back up the rivers and canals where they can be caught all winter long. October is also a great time to find the large Tarpon on their way back to wherever it is they spend their winter. Hope this helped.
